Persistent Algae

I have these green small round patches of algae that keep appearing on the glass. I have a acrylic safe algae scrubber but they are really hard to get off if they come off at all. Let me know if there is anything I can use or do to keep this type of algae off the glass.

we used a plastic puddy knife used for sheet rock on our acrylic tank.
Do u have any nerite snails?

no, only turbo snails

Get a few nerites they kept the glass clean and they dont tip over and die like the turbo do

Is the algae hard/crusty? It may be green coraline, which snails won't help. You could try using a credit card to scrape it of also.
