PH lvl's

My tank is holding at about 7.8 to 8.0 PH i have been reading that most saltwater fish are at 8.3 PH would this kill fish i buy ?

Nope, that is a fine pH to have. Is your tank still cycling? That can cause the pH to be low as well

Ph is a range and will change through out the day and night. The main thing you want is consistency. Most of us run a refugium on a reverse light cycle to keep the ph stable. As long as you drip acclimate your new fish and give them time to adjust to your tank you should be fine.

Nope im 90% sure that its cycled all my lvl's are at 0 no more die off and as far as a refugium goes i plan on making one here before x-mas and have a great idea for a DIY protein skimmer
