What works quicker is to take a couple different sized nylon paint brushes and cut the bristles off at half length. This makes them stiff enough to use as scrub brushes. Goes a lot quicker than a small tooth brush!

Actually i'll just be washing and scrubing them in new saltwater cause i'll be adding on my new refugium hopefully in a day or 2, depends on how it all goes, that will be adding on 20-30 or so gallons which will act as a large water change.

I do like the idea of using a nylon brush. that does sound much easier than a toothbrush. I'll pick some up when i stop off at home depot for refugium plumbing parts.
