Potential tank

Im looking into getting a saltwater aquarium, I've had a freshwater tank and was succesful with sustaining fish in it.

My question is if this tank is a good option?

Hello and Welcome!

Thats a fine tank, lots of people have them and really enjoy them. Just be careful that you dont scratch the acrylic

Also I would do lots of research before you start your tank, it will save you lots of money and is the best possible thing you can do for your tank. Saltwater is very different from fresh, not too many of the rules and habits carry over.

Yea I am doing a lot of research are there any specific guides/books that are helpful? Also having a hard time deciding on a fish too start with! Which I know I'm a head of myself on, but I'm just trying to plan it out

And clowns are a great beginner fish. Dont be tricked into buying damsels.

there are modifications you can make to the tank to make it run better. If you want to do a reef I would suggest getting the LED hood. You will also need another powerhead to get more flow in there.

koralia powerheads are very nice, but maxijets work well too if you are looking for cheaper but uglier (IMO) solution

Well I'm willing to spend the money to make this tank work very well.
