Reefing newb
I recently got a small (maybe 1.5cm) frag of acropora to try adding to my tank. It was epoxied (I think??) to a plug, which was sitting, I thought, snugly in a crack of a rock. It was doing well until I knocked into the rock while cleaning tonight. It's now off its plug. What's the fastest way to reattach the thing? I saw the word "superglue" used in this forum a couple times... can I use actual superglue? I'm surprised it's safe. I can run out and get something else, but only if there is no other resort.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Use Super glue gel. Both the gel and regular superglue are safe to use,but the gel sets quicker and doesnt run like the regular stuff.

Superglue gel is your best bet. And it cures underwater. It won't hurt the coral at all. Just put a big blob on the coral and set it where you want it. Hold it in place for 15 seconds or so, then let it set.
