Rainbow Ricordia and Xmas Favia question

Last week, I purchased 2 frags of Xmas Favia and 2 beautiful pieces of Rainbow Ricordia. The rainbow Ricordia is doing really good. I have it mid tank, moderate flow. The Xmas Favia I have towards the top of the tank up on some rock but ive read it should be at the bottom of the tank in the sand bed? I know if I ask a million people, I will get a million answers but what is your opinion on placement of these corals?

It can go near the bottom of the tank, they dont need super bright lighting. However they encrust onto the rocks as they grow, so I wouldnt put them on the sand, i would keep them on the rocks.

I agree, don't keep it too high up in the tank. They seem to do better in low to moderate light.

The ladies have you covered...i keep mine in lower light on the rocks and in medium flow.
