Read tests wrong am I cycled?

I have been careful for awhile testing my param. I was comparing my tests..they looked same as usual but read zero(using API) could it be they were at zero all along? I test every 2 days and to be careful I always rounded my tests up to be careful.

Specs, 10 gallon tank, Chaeto algea, 4lb LR, 8lb of dry rock, ~1" sandbed seeded with live, LR transported 3 hours total(In water), No coraline growth I can see

Could it be cycled and ready for stock? Or should I wait for a diatom(if I'll have one)?

As long as ammonia and nitrites are zero,your good to go.

OK. Thanks I'll wait a little while. Also there is an error on the chart. my nitrite was at 0ppm and it auto made it 0.25... maybe sunday if it is still zero and if anything happened I will add a small CUC of Nerites...maybe
