in your 210, you have roughly 45-50 inches of fish. Your Anthias are going to take up about 15 inches - at full growth (which they will not be, nor will they reach it for a loooooooong time). That leaves you with 35ish inches of fish, that is two HUGE tangs and two wrasses (at full growth - which they won't be). I bet you can squeeze in three tangs, two wrasses and the anthais with NO problem. Don't worry about space.

Yeah,I think the Clarks can be a problem,if they are I'll do Docs technique and beat them against the wall[jk,btw].I'm not very fond of them,they may go to the LFS or the fuge.
 
do it before you get the anthias. They are a bit more fragile than you think. Stress will cause them to hide and starve. It won't take much for them to give up and die.

If you are even a little bit concerned (which you are) and don't really like the Clarkii (which you don't), then get to it and bash 'em.
