Hi all,
As a lot of you know I am currently running a temporary 58 gallon tank until my new tank shows up.
Well... all is good except... when I setup the Remora Pro skimmer I initially had it running with a Maxijet 1200 which is seriously under-powered for that skimmer. It was producing very little of anything....
Tonight I decided to switch it back to the mag 3 and holy %&%& that is A LOT more powerful... sooooo powerful that it is creating MAJOR micro bubbles.
Now I am not sure what to do to fix it....
I do have the bubbletrap addon thing that goes inside the tank but god...that thing is HUGE! or..........
I was also thinking I could get a much longer hose and try to move the pump out of the reach of the bubbles... But with that I lose pump power....
Other than that....I am out of ideas.... anyone have any simple fixes?
