Sand Sifting Crab

I Am Thinking about getting a sand sifting crab
can they dig through crushed coral to or not??:D

maybe, maybe not, the fact that nobody on here has heard of them means we cant give you info on our experience with them

I have not had experience with them, but other animals that are sand sifters (nassarius snails, gobies, stars) cannot sift through crushed coral. Maybe call Drs. Foster and Smith and ask? They usually have good customer service.

Okay but i did ask somebody who had those at a pet store and he sad they could so i will find out!!:bounce:

I brought some home from maryland and they died one the way :(. I did put some clams in though but they died. I don't think that they will live and you will waste your time and money.

a couple hour car ride doesnt usually kill things otherwise this hobby wouldnt exist
