seaweed everywhere

so I fed my lawnmower blennie a seaweed sheet today and now i have chunks floatin everywhere. is there some trick to this that I'm too stupid to figure out?

I always folded it a few times then put it in the clip. This helped it from breaking apart very fast.

Try feeding half a sheet next time.

+1 beej and biff. I fold mine into a little triangle, but just enough to last my foxface the day. If there are leftovers, then I cut back. The longer they're in there, the easier they degrade and gunk up the water.

Yup, the ol' cut & fold trick.
I cut my sheets down to about 1.5"x2" (whatever the original size allows with a quick fold into halves or quarters) and fold that piece in half before putting in the clip.
