I have 2 of them and now whenever i stick my hand in the tank they come running to me and practically jump at my hand. I have let them sit there and pick at my hand but my question is, could that be bad for them? Im not exactly there normal customer. I know they eat parasites off fish and i watch them lunge at food when dropped into the tank but I dont want them to eat something off my hand and die. It is cool nun the less. I wish my clown or royal gramma would let the shrimp groom them.

No it's not bad for them. They are just doing what comes naturally to them.
Just be careful about what's on your hands whenever you put them in your tank. Don't put your hands in your tank if you've just washed your hands or done cleaning (you will have soap residue and cleaning solution on your hands). Don't put your hands in your tank if you're wearing lotion, sunblock, or sprayed cologne/perfume on your wrists.
