small red feather dusters

ive had my tank now about 8 months and im starting to notice what looks like tiny red feather dusters. the tube is white and the red part sticks out maybe 1/4 inch at the most. are they good, how big will they get.

They will probably stay very tiny. I've noticed the red ones don't grow much.

Don't worry about them. They add a nice decorative look to your tank!
