strange algae during the cycle

i am in the cycling process of my tank ... some strange slime started appearing on the sand and on some of the live rock ... however its not much .... i am trying not to worry as this is probably cyano and will go away soon or is it some thing else ????

should i start my GFO reactor now ???

looks like the beginning of a cyano outbreak to me but its hard to tell.
keep updating us with pics.
if it is cyano its not gonna go away on its own.
