Strange shrimp like creature

So today I was looking closely at my zoa thats growing in my tank and not only did I discover another coral of some sort living inbetween the zoa polyps but there is also a small shrimp like creature jumping around between the heads. Is it possible that there was a live shrimp in the frozen cubes that I feed my fish?

No that's not possible. But if you have live rock, you have pods, which look like little shrimp or little bugs. Pods are beneficial to the tank and are a sign that things are going well.
