Switching over to Sump from canisters

Ok guys so i have 2 fluval 405 right now and im switching over to a sump this weekend, my question is should i leave the canister filters running so that i dont upset the biological filtration or will it be ok if i just take the rubble rock out of the canister fliters and place it in the sump with more live rock or base rock ??? Should i keep atleast one of the canister filters ???

If you put the rubble rock into the sump I think you can disconnect both canister filters at once

I agree, removing the canisters shouldn't have that much of an impact, if any at all. The rock will house the beneficial bacteria.
