To clean?

Hey all, can a tank be to clean? My tank seems to be pretty clean and algea free these days. Will the crabs and snails ever run out of stuff to eat?

Any suggestions for feeding them? Can I just increase light time to creat more algae or is that to much of a gamble?

what i do for my nassarious snails from time to time is get a piece of krill/silverside and place it on my sandbed ...then just wait a few seconds and they come out , pretty cool imo

lol this is also how my LFS got them out when i went and bought them :D

by the way how long do you run your lights?

I give my CUC a micro Algae feed tablet 1 a week with their jobs, you'll never see a snail move so fast.

I have the 10k light running 8 hrs a day. I rarely run the actnitic, once or twice a week at the most. All of my GHA is gone, i see a little bit of the hard green stuff on the glass but thats about it. It even seems like the coralline is being used as a food source.
