hey, so i have a 75 gallon reef tank set up, its only a couple weeks up, but am running two canister filters right now with a trurnover of 440 gph but i of course would prefer a sump and skimmer. now the stand i have does not give me much room at all. every compartment under the tank is pretty small, the biggest measuring at about 21 in. wide, 19 in. deep and only about 15 in. tall. is a sump even possible, i mean one that would actually be effective? i would like one that holds at least 15 gallons...

Yes, check out aqueon proflex sumps. I believe model 2 would fit. I used this one until i changed to a mrc sump
