Unknown brown worm

I have a recently set up 10 gallon tank left for a day came back was re-filling the water. Looked into the tank and there was a little brown worm wiggling about. Any Idea what it is? Should I remove it?

Bristleworm! Very common and good.

That is a tiny little bristleworm. It is a great cleaner and will help keep your rocks and sand clear of debris. They are safe.
