Unknown shrimp living in Clam

I was looking into my clam today and noticed something moving. When I saw it it was a small clear shrimp inside of it. I went online and found a picture of one exactly like it but the picture didn't say way it was or if it was bad to have. Any ideas?

They look like some sort of symbiotic shrimp. There are some that look very similar that live on nems. Very coo!
