Reefer Madness
Well I finally got up and running. It's been quite a road to get to this point and I owe most of it to this great forum. Here is my setup.
-70 Gallon DT
-30 Gallon sump
-Vertex N100 Skimmer
-Mag 9.5 Return pump
-Phosban Reactor
-Koralia Evo's 750's x4
-Koralia Wave Controller
-250 Watt heater
-Auto Topoff w/ Aqualifter pump
-Titanium Grounding Probe
-Coralife 36" T5 Quad HO w/Blue LED
-ReefKeeper Lite w/2 Modules
-100 lbs dry rock from Reefrock.net (Thanks Steve)
-80 Bahama Aragonite (Thanks again Steve)
-20 lbs truly beautiful live rock I picked from a local aquarist.
-5 lbs live sand from same aquarist.
-Saltwater Refractometer
-Seacham Reef Crystals
-API Saltwater Test Kit
I would to thank everyone again for all the help and good advice that I have recieved. I am very excited to be up and running I have been wanting to do this for such a long time. I have thrown a shrimp in to start the cycle. The live rock I bought is totally covered in Coralline Algae. There are 3 Feather Dusters so far that we have found as well as a couple of small Mushroom Corals. We also have a couple of small colonies of GSP's and we've spotted 2 Bristle Worms and a couple of Asterina Stars. I hope most of it will survive the cycle.
Thanks again I will hopefully post more pix as the tank matures.
