Urchin food

What can I feed this guy? Live rock is getting whiter I have two tanks in my office and was thinking of moving him into the 12 gallon do I need to re-acclimate Or leave it be don't want to put him in danger????

You can feed them algae sheets, when mine would find the sheets for my FF he would spend all day on that rock.

I got sick of worrying about him killing all my SPS frags while i was at work so he got banished to my nano.

I know that royally ticked you off but... That pic is priceless!!!! I wonder if one could live in my 10 for about a month until the 29 cycles and is going? I know you can supplement their food.....
