UV sterilizers??

My old one needs to be replaced and I know nothing about them.
The Dr.s have several affordable ones but my question is why do the Coralife and the Aqua medic say 9w for up to 125 gallons and the Gamma UV says you need 25w?? They all seem to be the twist type sterilizer. Which would you all recommend? Im looking at the:
Coralife Turbo Twist 9w for 79.99 (up to 125 gal)
Aqua Medic 9w for 59.99 or 18w for 89.99 (100 gal and 200 gal)
Gamma UV 25w 104.99 (100 gal)
Obviously I'd like to go the least expensive and still get the job done well. If there is a better choice please let me know!

Because its rated for my tank and it runs a spiral motion inside giving it longer contact time.
