so iv had a reef for a bout 3 months now and at first iwas using tap water for everything. well i changed from that after i figured out how bad it is and am using water from glacier water machines at the supermarket. does any one else use these and know if they are bad or not? am i doing better than tap water because im still getting cyano, but theres no fish in there just coral so im not feeding anything so there shouldnt be excess nutrients except from before. thanks

Test the water with a TDS meter. They only cost about $15 or $20. TDS meters will not test for chlorine so you may wish to test for that also although the glacier most likely does not have it.
