Weird red bubbly growth

I have this red bubbly jelly like texture stuff on a rock. Not sure what it is or how it got there. It looks neat, any idea what it is? Thanks.

Ive got a similar thing, see my photo, and have no idea what it is. If someone could help ID it that would be awesome.

Its been in the tank since I got it 9 months ago and hasn't grown, mind you most of the time it is under the shade of a mushroom.

I believe that's a type of macroalgae... I can't remember what kind exactly though. Someone else should chime in here.

Real hard to tell from those pics, but it looks like red marco algae, probably Botryocladia.sp.

Kinda hard to tell from your pic. Does it resemble this?

I'd say that is the closest picture to what I actually have. It doesn't deflate when out of water, it has a slimy soft texture. It looks feathery as it grows.

That pic I posted is Red Nemastoma. It is a benificial algae, and is really nice looking as well.
