I have some kind of plant living in my tank that I did not put in there. It is white & growing on a fake plant. It has a couple of larger tubes on it. Can anyone tell me what it is? And is it safe to keep in my tank? Does it help or hurt anything? Thanks.
Also is it possible it came from the rock I put in the tank? It was all dry rock and I cleaned it but shouldn't anything that was on it be dead?
