I have a Blue Thumb
Looks like clusters of Bubble Algae. I've gotten rid of bubble algae by getting an emerald crab a few times. Kinda hit of miss whether or not they'll eat it, but I'd say its worth a shot.

it looks a little differnt than bubble algae thay r smaller and not hard at all and a bit more green

It is a type of bubble algae. Try removing it by hand carefully (try not to pop the bubbles in the tank) and then get an emerald crab. They sometimes help.
