You can still eat at the casinos and walk around, there's plenty to do if you're under 21. You just have to stay on the marked paths inside the casinos!

You should try to find some local reefers. You can trade with them and together you can do group buys from reputable places like liveaquaria.com I think it's your best bet consider your luck with the LFS. Good luck sharkie. hang in there!
