white spots with hole

i was hoping i could get some assistance with identifying some white spots in my system. it is a month old and the spots are not salt creep or calcium or any other kind of buildup. i can say this with confidence because every spot is around the same size and circular in shape with a hole in the middle. i have included a photo though my camera is not the greatest in the world.
