Going to add live rock tomorrow and start my cycle. Wondering if I added the cheato to the sump during the cycle or wait till it's complete.

Ok, got my rocks and some cheato. Do I need to do anything with the cheato? Does it need any food or anything while the tank is cycling?

Just light.. cheato lives and grows on light.

Good deal. I have a light on the sump running 24 7 right now. I've read that is a good plan or running it while main lights are off. What would you suggest?

I would run it opposite of the tank
