Flame Hawkfish

I was thinking about getting a Flame Hawkfish but I was wondering if it would eat my snails, shrimp or hermit crabs. And I have some hard corals and polyps colony.

Looks like shrimp are a possible issue, as well as small bottom dwelling fish
