what are these?

What are these things? Also, is that just regular hair algae, and if so should I just pull it out of the sand?

Last picture is hair algae and the first couple look like harmless tunicates. Im not quite sure what to look at in the 3rd picture

2nd pic looks like a small feather duster...the 3rd pic looks like a small crab.
