Thanks everyone! The damsel is looking normal today so must be okay. Maybe I'll try some for the buzz effect. Especially if it makes the "little yellow goby" look like Trigger's! Wow, psychadelic for sure! Cat nip for fish.

OMG that's funny! I haven't noticed any ill effects with the damsel yet but it seems like a chemical that kills one creature might be bad for others.

I used aiptasia X on some pest anemones and saw my damsel eating some of the product!! Should I be concerned?

Great. I have the tank (55 gal) set up with salt water and plan to shop for substrate this weekend. I won't be adding the ponies until this spring so there is plenty of time for the plants to grow! That also gives me time to research, research, research.

little fish: what type of substrate do you recommend? Is there any one type of sand that is better for the plants to grow in?

I have the same card for my test kit and I find it helps to roll the vial over the colors on the card and see which one disappears. That tells me the color on the card and the color in the tube are the same. Hope I'm doing this right!
