I have a yellow tip damsel in the tank now, seems to get along with the others fine. Does this specific kind of damsel more aggressive then damsels? Any idea what kind of damsel is it?

I am thinking of taking him home, but I don't know what it is.

Thank for the fast reply. I have sucked almost all of it out and am in the process of doing a 20% water change with RO water. I am also going 24 hours without light for one day and increasing the light back to normal over a period of about a week.

hmmm no i don't think so.. but the bubbles do make it rise a bit. I will get a photo of it tomorrow when it grows back

Yep Its slimy and it forms a carpet on my sand and small bubbles form on it.. Only takes a day to do it too. =/

+1 you want the rock to be touching the bottom of the tank, not on top of the sand. Sand Moves and can cause a "rock slide" eventually and busting your tank:death:
