Reefing newb
ok so im working on geting my tank up and runing so i figured its time to start thinking about what i want to keep in there. The only thing i know for sure is that i want to keep a pair of clowns...but i have a few questions about them.

1. can a normal orange clown and a black clown make a pair?

2. what are some good anemones for the clown to host?

3. is there anything else i should know about clowns?

4. what fish get along well with clowns?

Usually no.You'll need the clowns to be the same type in a tank that size.
2. what are some good anemones for the clown to host?
Bubble tips are good. But you've got a long while before the tanks ready for an anemone. The tank needs to be stable for at least 10 months before the anemone goes in.
3. is there anything else i should know about clowns?
When you get em,make sure that one is quiet a bit bigger than the other.
4. what fish get along well with clowns?
Any of the smaller fairy and carpenter wrasses will work.A blenny.Even a goby.

Hope that help you out.
Just remember to go slow.

Yote's got it down. It's a bad idea to mix different types of clowns. Pick one that you really like, and get a pair.

The stock lighting in the Biocube is probably not strong enough to keep an anemone. Look for other things that the clowns can host instead, like xenia or hairy mushrooms.
