5 gallon lighting?

im hooking my boy up with a 5 gallon tank and hes gonna put a nem and one clown in there. i love the idea but im stuck bc i dont know what lights to put on it for him i was thinking about this...would this 50/50 work for one nem and one clown?

Maybe... But that's really pushing it. Anemones need more light than most corals, and I can't think of any that would do well in a 5 gallon tank -- they need very stable water parameters that a small tank like that just can't provide. Why not get something easier for the clowns to host in? Like some hairy mushrooms or a toadstool leather? Those aren't nearly as sensitive and difficult to keep and require much less light. I think an anemone would die pretty quickly in a 5 gallon tank.
