Has anyone used this? I got the pack today, i've only heard good things about it.

My question is, how do i feed with it lol. I've used cubes and such before, but this is just a solid sheet of, well, dead stuff..

do i break some off and thaw it?
do i thaw the whole container?

I've never used it, but from their website, it looks like the type of food that you would break a corner off and thaw it out in some tank water prior to feeding. Don't thaw the whole thing -- it will go bad.
