Their policy sucks! It encourages them to send you dead livestock.

That is exactly how I thought of it. They make money off of it big time. They send you dead fish, but won't refund you your money, and you can't do anything about it except order another $100 of dead fish from them to use your "credit". Then you get a bunch of dead fish in the mail, and the cycle repeats itself.

Been there several times. I stop everytime I go to PA. It's on the way to my sisters house. Going next month to get a few thing. I just love that place.
