Best Lighting under a canopy?

Ive been looking around and im not sure which would be best! I have a 40 gallon with polys and zoas and some chalice with LEDs but there burning out (came with the tank) I eventually want a clam which lighting would be the best to go under a canopy?

u can put a car under a canopy if its ventalated right...out of those choices? the MH....that T-5 fixture IMO is not going to do anything for you. You want individual reflectors for each bulb and a high quality reflector at that. Something like this.

It depends on alot about whats in your tank too or what u plan on keeping in that tank.

I'm not a fan of all T5, i prefer MH supplimented with T5. But MH is too hot under a canopy if you dont have a chiller ( had this setup on an old tank ). So ideally I would do a nice LED setup.

I have MH in my canopy... it's never "too hot" but I don't need a heater, either.

Watch out with your MH, mine fluctates the water quite regularly, about 3 degrees C in two hours.
