"YA CANT FIX STUPID"
got a 55 now (old pic's in tank showcase under my 55) would like some input on a few items #1 want to up grade to no more then like 100 to 110 gal.I hear the bigger the "easier" not that there's a problem now,I love it.#2 Allglass or Oceanic is the price difference worth it??.I hate the fact that the 55 is so limited as far as height etc.etc. go thank's..

My $.02 Yeah, its better having a bigger tank.
You'd be surprised at just how much of a difference that even a couple of extra inches makes.

#1 bigger has more water volume. yea, it'll be easier.

#2 55 gal has the same height as the 75. The 90 gal and the 120 gain a few inches in height. I guess it depends on what you are looking for. Take a look at the numbers:

55 Gallon 48 1/4 x 12 3/4 x 21
75 Gallon 48 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 21 3/8
90 Gallon 48 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 25 3/8
100 Gallon 72 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 19 3/8
120 Gallon 48 1/2 x 24 1/4 x 25 1/2

well thanks for the help.. but from my research yea allglass 110 is like $400 to $500 and a oceanic is around $1000.00.. drilled of course, for both.hmmm??

Where are you getting these prices from? I only paid $279 (special anniversary sale) for my Perfecto Marineland 125 CornerFlo. You should have someplace near you to come close to the prices from That Fish Place.

Oceanic Ultimate Reef Ready 105g - $543.99
AGA Extra High Reef Ready 110g - $449.99

have you looked into something like a 4x2x2 120g? gorgeous size, plus i know sooo many people who complain that their 110 is just a pain to work in.

larger isn't necessarily easier, although in a way it is :P I think of it as steering a ship. Small ships go off course really quickly without warning, but are easy to get back on course, and large ships move slowly and get off course over time, but it's a lot tougher to get them back on course.

thanks for the help..went to the sfs this past weekend to buy a mated pair of maroon's (doing great AND hosting) anyway he made made me good deal on a 90 gal AGA but drilled with o/f.. didn't AGA buyout oceanic??
