Does anyone know anything about the Blueline bulbs?

Especially the 250W 10K mogul "Superwhites"?

I found some data by a guy named Dr Sanjay. His data gives the PAR values for tons of bulbs. For each bulb he also gives the numbers using the different styles of ballast. His data shows that the older styled magnetic probe ballast, that I use, puts out far less PAR than the newer style ballasts using the same bulb.

I found that the Blueline Superwhite 10K has a really high PAR with the M58 style ballast and claims to be a solid white. Its light spectrum is strangley flat though. Im crossing my fingers but I was hoping someone might know about this bulb. I dont have any actinics.

Im sure Dr Sanjays link has been posted many times but here it is:
