hey will pvc coated gloves work good to prevent bristle worms and any other stuff from stinging your hand, and would they help with touching corals and inverts that may have a sting?

They may, but realize that a lot of the stinging animals stingers are actually a spine that is designed to pierce. Butterflies, lions, and longspines, for example will all sting you right through those gloves without any trouble. It will protect against anemone, jelly, and bristle worm but these are all creatures that you should be handling very carefully anyway.
