Chromis acting weird

Reefing newb
I need an opinion

short story fist, I purchased two green chromis to feed to my anemone, at my dismay one of them got loose and he is now a local denizen to my reef tank :), so I bought him a friend bc i know he is schooling fish; also present are some anthias, but the new fish is blind or something bc it responds to no stimuli just remains swimming alone in odd parts of my tank. Any ideas?

Water Chem is perfect no nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, ph is 8.5
calcium is around 500 akly is normal

and other fish are fine and no odd behavior.

I had 3 chromis.... now I have 2...the smallest one never really took to swimming with the other 2 too much...he even got sucked into the sump for 2 weeks...I didn't know he was in there  Lots of people here will tell you that they'll buy a small school, and in the end, they end up with 1 or 2 left...they are peaceful, just not towards each other.

yea, its just odd it responds to nothing has no fear of my hand or anything just swims in the same spot. just plain odd
