my cleaner shrimp has molted twice this month is this normal? my arrow crab (spiderman) eats it right up ( he is destined to be traded at the end of the month by your suggestion) anyway back to the shrimp Ive been worried about him getting enough food when I feed the fish he goes crazy trying to catch some but dosent seem to be able to get it. the LFS said to feed them all frozen spirulina brine shrimp thats what I have but from reading on here I see that mysis is better. should I use something that falls to the bottom for him? Im so afraid of overfeeding.

It's normal for shrimps to molt. I was told it means they're growing. I'm sure the shrimp is getting enough to eat. They usally will eat at night.

I'm not sure if molting twice a month is normal or not.I've have read that excessive iodine level can/may cause crustaceans to molt prematurely. My shrimps molt maybe once every couple of months.I also never directly fed them...so I guess mysis will be fine.At least better than brine shrimp.
