Feeding...how often?

I've been feeding my tank small amounts 2 times a day. My water parameters are great and I have 0 Nitrates. Last week I was gone for 4-days with no tank sitter and my fish seemed to be doing quite well when I got back. So I'm now thinking about decreasing my feedings. But I doubt I'd go to every other day because I'd probably forget which day I was on :sfish: :grin:.

I think it really depends on 1) the amount of fish you are feeding, 2) the type of fish you are feeding, 3) the amount of food you use for each feeding, and 4) the maturity of your tank. That said, I tend to favor heavy feeding so lon as H2O parameters are in check. Nothing like a good fat healthy fish, so long as he and the food are not fouling your tank.
