has anyone ever bought a odessey light

i just bought one its a 2009 model and power compact so i did some reaearch (which i sould of done it before but we all make mistakes huh) and found out that these lights can catch fire but a little more digging i could only find these problems in 2005 and 2006. it was also a medal halide and pc together mine is just pc so i think im ok but i don't know im kind of worried.

Don't worry I have 65 watt coralife PCs and 48 watt odyssea t-5s and the PCs are cooler. I also have had no problems with Odyssea lights getting hot.

I think the problem was fixed, it was the older ones that were having problems.
