I'm so in love with my tank!!!!

Reefing newb
So after fighting with an assortment of algae's, learning the hard way (killing things), now fighting with a forest of Aiptasia, realizing that a Mantis Shrimp is the culprit for my dying snails, watching my corals flourish, fish grow and strive, it has defiantly had it's up's and downs.

We got Berghia Nudibranchs today to battle the forest and hopefully relieve my Zoas especially and the rest of my tank. After turning the lights off for the night and unable to sleep I decided to go check on my tank and see if I could find any of my Nudi's searching with a flashlight. HOLY COW did I find more then my Nudi's!!!

Found a TON of baby snails, found a bunch of something that I have no idea what it is (will try to post pic for identification), and my Tiger Brittle Star came out of hiding (who I have loving named sea monster).

Over the course of the last 2 weeks or so I found a mystery creature that likes brine shrimp hiding out in my Zoas, found three things hiding under my Zoas that looked like clams disappeared before I could a picture, and found a snail that I have never seen before.

It is always fun finding new things in my tank but also really scary if I don't know what it is lol. Just wanted to share my excitement with others who understand and don't think I'm a crazy fish lady haha.

Being a crazy fish lady is cool, don't let anyone tell you otherwise :) Sounds like you have a lot of fun stuff in there-I've never tried looking at night with a flashlight....I wonder what all of your "mystery" creatures are...post pics if you can!

Yeah, I have my moments with my tank where I have little interest in it (I do the minimum feeding, skimmer cleaning), then other times when I'm elbow-deep in it. I'm at a point in my tank now that it pretty much runs itself (but I do still feed and change out the collection cup), but I still enjoy watching my fish get big and fat. I recently put a couch behind my tank so when I feed them, I sit back and watch them all eat.

These are the guys I found all over my tank and have only seen at night.

The one on top I know is aiptasia. The one on the bottom I blew it off with a baster and watched it swim to another rock. Took it to my LFS and he told me it was a micro starfish. Saw it split from one to four overnight.

This guy I found growing in my Zoas, He likes to eat brine shrimp and I like them. What is he? My LFS couldn't identify him via picture.
