Does anyone use Korallen-Zucht Additives or Supplements? If so, what results have you seen? Just reading the information on their products it would seem beneficial to be using them. That's what advertising is for. LOL I was mainly looking at products that replace vitamins/minerals etc. we lose due to using protein skimmers. Do you think water changes biweekly using Reef Crystals keeps up with what we lose thru the protein skimmers?

Protein skimmers cant remove anything that is truly dissolved in the water, it can only remove particulates, so its not removing minerals or vitamins. And i think regular water changes are plenty to keep things in the correct concentration. Very few tanks actually need additives.
But i personally have not heard of that company so i cant say whether or not the company is of quality.

I think you will be fine just doing water changes, and it's nearly impossible to "over skim". I've not used the KZ supplements, only their bulbs.
