lawn mower blenny help!

Reefing newb
the past 2 days my lawn mower blenny has not been acting normal. his color is extremely pale and he's sitting on one rock with out moving at all. he only responds to anything when i hand feed him some frozen shrimp while he normally flees from my hand. ive already done 2 water changes and it hasn't done anything to his behavior and im not really sure what could be wrong..

salinity: 1.025
nitrates: 20-30
ammonia: 0
nitrites: 0

Is there algae in the tank for him to eat? Are there other fish in the tank, and if so how are they acting? The nitrates are a little high, I think you want to aim for under 20 ppm

North is right, thats a lil high trates wise. Before you do your WC are you cleaning your LR? I like to take a turkey baster and blow into the rocks to make sure debrit doesnt collect. then do a wc and i change my filter on my biowheel. What else is in your tank?

i took a sample of water to the store. they said for some reason my tank has been producing ammonia.. i guess my test kit is out of date..
i did another water change and added some ammonia detox to it.
nitrates are 10 ppm and there are only trace amounts of nitrites.

hopefully this will make a difference..
