Lawnmower blennys are awesome!

This is my Lawnmower blenny. For the first week or so he wasn't eating anything except scraping algae off rocks...obviously in a 10G tank I worried. One day I got really lucky after garlic dosing and he now eats mysis, brine, pellets(Hikari Marine-A), Nori, Hikari Algae Wafers....essentially whatever I throw in the tank. I love this little guy.

My Bi-Colour Blenny is by far my favourite fish in the tank.

Love the look of yours. Such a cool looking fish.

Unfortunately, mine hasn't turned out to be the vegetarian he was employed to be and has turned out to love the frozen food.

There's been a burst of lawnmower blenny purchases lately :D I got one, you got one, BL1 got one....

Mine was an impulse buy, sort of. I knew I always wanted one, but I was in the store to pick up my foxface when my hubby saw this li'l ugly thing. So we got him. The LFS says they don't sell them often because people find them boring. I love mine! He's such a character! He literally just sits and watches, especially during feeding time.

Mine was pretty much the same lol. I saw one when I first started getting into SW fish and never really saw myself buying one but one day I was walking around Petco with a giftcard...and decided what the hell, let's do it.
Come to think of it....100% of the SW fish i've ever had are all from different Petcos in my area...They're pretty legit petcos lol.

I got a starry blenny a little whiles back and he is awesome. Blennies are great little fish.
